I am believing God. I believe God is who He says He is. I believe God can do what He says He can do. I believe that I am who God says I am. I believe I can do all things through Christ. I believe God’s Word is alive and active in me.
This statement is from a Beth Moore Study about “Believing God”. It sums up very well what my statement of faith is.
“You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.” ISAIAH 43:10
Thanks for stopping by my blog… I love your quilts – big and small. I also loved the picture of your rhubarb peeking through. Yum! I’ll have strawberries from my garden… we could make pie!
Your Palms to Passion quilt is very inspiring…I loved it. Thanks for looking at my blog. Strawberry Rhubarb pie is a favorite in this house also, along with rhubarb cake and butter sauce.
Aw Susie! I just love reconnecting with you. Even if I am on a couch in the Yak and Yeti Hotel in Katmandu. It was strange spending Easter in a clinic on a Sunday as if there were nothing in the world important going on. They did have Easter Egg looking display desert on the evening meal at the Yak and Yeti though! But God cannot be left out of what He created. From your talented skills in quilting to the tall mountains of the Himalayas. He is risen even higher than what I have come here to see. Blessings to you and Mark and the kids. Hugs and blessings to your dear Mother too!
